Insteaď of repeating childhood dynamics by jumping through hoops for people I will never be enough for anyway I am – slowly, sluggishly even – learning how to treat myself right.
One of the more obvious ways am doing that is by putting healthy food into my body. Overeating and eating crap are a sign of self-harm and a lack of self-respect and self-worth, am sure of that.
I ate about 1800 calories today.
I have already prepared my food for tomorrow. It takes up time, but I listen to audiobooks while doing it or I practice a form of meditation I came up with myself, sort of.
