Alcohol, sugar, coffee, ALL toxic people, scrolling social media, newspapers, too much dairy, fapping, buying books (another small addiction), most negative content (reading about war, genocide, torture, detective series, etc) and as of the 29th of October also potatoe chips.
I have to fix my broken mind cause I have a son now and I don’t want to pass this shit on.
Looked at one by one most of these are small changes, but am aiming for a snowball effect. Cutting all these things out is freeing up energy, time, focus.

These aren’t “small” changes, even individually they take a lot of resolve and put together – it’s definitely something to be proud of.
I know this is probably not what you meant by detective series but have you ever watched Agatha Christie’s Poirot?

Poirot is Belgian if am not mistaken. I may have caught bits and pieces of the show years ago on Belgian television. And you’re right, I meant more these kind of very gritty murder mysteries that are more and more popular these days. Am still not in any kind of mental zone I would want to be. My head is still some sort of war zone. Thanks for the comment. Really appreciate it. This blog is like invisible otherwise
