Found a stained copy of my own book. Not sure what happened to it, but I can’t sell it anymore.
So… Why not fill it in myself?
It’s based on a daily practice I had going on in 2016, but I have never actually used the book I created out of it. I have developed a slightly different system over the years.
But heck, it takes less than 10 minutes a day to answer the questions in the book, so I have started combining it with the new system to feel positive.
I do this every day now. It has a profound calming effect.
