I’m done with articles on what’s supposed to be healthy food and how it’s miracle am still alive cause I ate cheese almost every day of my life. Or why I should sleep with garlic under my pillow (apart from scaring off vampires of course).
I cannot tolerate one more piece of this DELUGE of contradictory health related CLICK BAIT.
I have decided to live to 105 years of age. Regardless of what I eat or drink.
I will avoid so much stress by ignoring health advice it will add decades to my life.
Those articles can be confusing but I wouldn’t worry too much about them. I believe it’s enough to focus on the combination and amount of the food we’re eating rather than to think about one single ingredient.
