There are so many claims out there on the internet that abstaining from fapping will give you something akin to superpowers one would be a wee bit unadventurous to not even try.
I’ll try anything to up my life satisfaction at least a tiny bit.
So this is day 2.
I don’t notice any changes, but it’s unreasonable to expect any so soon.
The only thing I notice is a very mild urge to lift weights. This is often listed as one of the effects.
This no fapping experiment coincides with quitting coffee cold turkey and I must say I feel more like exercising when am off coffee.
And who knows, this willingness to exercise could be entirely unrelated to any of this.
Am angry a lot, so maybe the urge to exercise is caused by that.
Am getting tired of movements claiming remarkable changes after changing one thing.
