One of the first things I do every morning is to write down the ten most important goals I have in my life.

I also let myself feel what those things mean to me and how it would feel to have achieved those things in my life.

Am noticing it helps me focus, energizes me and lowers my anxiety level.

I will start doing it at night as well, before I go to bed. It takes like ten minutes or less. On some days I do it sitting on the toilet, cause why not?

I have reached a point where I cannot accept feeling anxious, desperate and being wrapped in self-loathing anymore.

So am now passionate about finding whatever strategy I can come up with to ensure and maintain my long term happiness.

And am passionate about sharing my journey with whoever wants to optimize their mental balance.
