Not always easy to find good bodybuilding food in a restaurant, but this was perfect. Gave the piece of bread away, because except on two days per week I avoid carbs like the plague. So just lean chicken and vegetables. Very tasty and nothing that is going to cause weight gain in unwanted places. Been very careful, though not fanatical about my diet since July. Result: All the clothes I wore as a college student fit again.
One of my students often wants to have his lesson in a restaurant yesterday, so – unless on Friday, my kiiiiinda cheat day – it’s a bit of a challenge to order something in keeping with my diet goals.
