A little gem of a movie :: Language lessons by director Natalie Morales

Am biased since the subject of this movie is exactly what I do most days: teach people online.

I can say this movie is very realistic. It shows you how one on one lessons, even online, can quickly turn out to be very intimate and even therapeutic. It also shows you what kind of absurd situations you can get into as a private teacher.

The acting is superb. Natalie Morales is flawless as the private teacher and – too lazy to google his name – the guy you may remember from the series The Morning Show is also endearing and authentic. This movie spoke to me abd touched me, which of course just means that I identify with the characters. Am not a movie critic and never will be be, but I recommend this movie if you want to see something original, heartfelt and honest.
