I personally have no use for flowers.

I also think lots of harmful chemicals are used to grow commerical flowers.

My grandparents had a huge flower business, but they mismanaged it, being flower power free love hippies, and my dad missed out on formal education thanks to this. So I also have bad emotional associations with the flower business.

Yet, Zuzi kept complaining that I never get her flowers.

So, I made an exception and got her flowers.

It caught her by surprise and she cried.

Totally worth 12 euros.

And I must admit flowers do brighten up the place somewhat.

Would never ever get them if it no women existed on this planet though.

Love is a verb, it requires effort.

You cannot #thrive without regular acts of love.
