When I first discovered Jay Shetty I remember thinking: this guy’s story sounds like a glib marketing story peddling theories about well-being that are just too simple to be true.

I was wrong.

I gave his audiobook a chance and the effect it had on my mind is like what years of super healthy living would have on my body.

It’s read by the author and the content plus the way he delivers it lets calm and clarity wash over you.

One of the few audiobooks I will listen to more than once.

And yeah, my initial reaction taught me a lot about where I have work to do.

I have already pre-ordered his next book which will be out next week.
