• Vending machines for syringes exist in some places of the country. This is in order to avoid needle sharing and the spread of infections or diseases (AIDS for example)

The state puts injection rooms at the disposal of drug addicts. Some heroin addicts even get their daily dose provided by the state for free in order to keep their addiction under control

• Weed is decriminalised and anyone found in possession of a certain amount will simply get fined. Weed can also be found in regular tobacco shops, sold legally but cannot be too strong, (THC rate must be under a threshold value)

• Cops and firemen can drink and drive. The limit alcohol level is the same as any other citizen.
