So, as long as your enemy does not give in to all your demands, no matter how grotesque, absurd or unfair, then this is allowed:

– Hospitals? Flatten!

– Starving children? Yes, yes, yes.

– Disrupting the enemy’s economy to the most basic level? Yes, yes, yes.

– Creating conditions that make civilian despair total, without any real hope? Yes, yes, yes.

– Targeting medical workers

– Disrupting rescue efforts

– Denying treatment to the wounded, the injured, the elderly

– Using killer drones with horrific kill methods, even though AI sucks at distinguishing between a combattant and a civilian

– You can now claim – with the full backing of US official statements which give you legitimacy – that in the end there is no difference between armed resistance and the civilian population. If your civilians somehow help sustain the resistance, EVEN just symbolically or as a morale boosting idea – fighting for the freedom of your family, for example – you can kill them. Russia is now fully allowed to kill any Ukrainian civilian who in one way or other helps the Ukrainian war economy going or offers even a little bit support to keeping army morale up

– children are a FANTASTIC target, because nothing hurts combattants more than killing their children, not even killing or injuring the combattant himself or herself hurts that much. Children are the PRIME target in a strategy of total war

– Anything is allowed as long as you don’t trigger a foreign intervention against you. In the case of Israel there is no such trigger. It would have to nuke the capital of a western country to MAYBE get a military backlash (cause it would still be anti semitic to say that Israel can’t nuke Madrid or Dublin)

This attitude towards war also risks bleeding into the way people deal with personal conflicts.

The world doesn’t realize that by aiding Israeli in its boundless cowardly anti-human depravity it has changed attitudes to violence in general.

Your neighbour doesn’t want to cut a tree that bothers you?

Poison his cat, mob him online, wreck his kid’s bike, scratch his car, blast loud music, have alarm clocks beeping non-stop when you are not home, accuse him of things he didn’t do, isolate him, stalk his wife, write his boss with allegations. Anything you can safely get away with, but makes life hell for whomever you feel stands in your way: hit them with the Israel doctrine.

Limitless violence against anyone who doesn’t have the means to ever retaliate in a way that ends your existence. Well, it may seem like the Israel doctrine is a wonderful strategy to get what you want, but not only have we accepted this strategy, we will soon also see what happens to those who roll out this strategy.
